Change begins with knowing what matters most.

Intention and Inner Alignment

A personalized 90-minute experience that combines guided self-inquiry and Yoga Nidra to clarify your intentions, explore the deeper patterns shaping your life, and align your mind, body, and energy with how you want to live.

Here's How It Works

Before We Meet

Before we meet, you'll receive a brief reflection designed to help clarify what truly matters: how you want to live, what's holding you back, and the kind of person you're ready to become.

You don’t need all the answers, but recognizing what feels off or what needs changing helps us make the most of our time. Your reflection helps bring into focus what may have been difficult to recognize or articulate, giving us a place to begin.

Clarifying Your Intention

In our 90-minute session, we’ll turn what has surfaced into a clear, grounded intention, one rooted not in who you think you should be, but in what feels true for you.

Yoga Nidra & Integration

From there, I'll guide you through a full-length, personalized Yoga Nidra practice. As the body enters deep rest and thought and effort begin to loosen, you'll work with your intention at a subtler level of awareness, where it can be experienced rather than simply understood intellectually.

You'll leave with a clearly defined intention and firsthand experience of how Yoga Nidra can help you work with it at a deeper level, a practice you can carry into daily life to reinforce your intention and support lasting change.

More About Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses the body's natural sleep process to access a unique state in which the mind remains awake while the nervous system enters a deeply restorative mode.

Through a specific, systematic process, you're guided into a threshold state in which conscious thought diminishes, the body releases tension, and resistance loosens its grip.

It's at this point in the practice, when the mind is least defended, that a clear intention is introduced.

This is where neurological change begins, not by doing more, but by accessing a state in which the brain is naturally capable of rewiring.

As old habits fade, new neural pathways begin to form. You're not forcing change; you're creating the conditions for it to take hold.

Over time, this practice strengthens your ability to act intentionally rather than out of habit. You start to think, choose, and respond differently,  not because you're trying harder, but because something deeper has changed.

The Unique Benefits of Yoga Nidra

Stress & Anxiety Reduction

Helps reduce physiological stress and anxiety, easing the physical and mental effects of prolonged tension.

Improved Sleep

May improve sleep quality, reduce sleep disturbances, and support more restorative rest.

Emotional Regulation

Supports a greater ability to manage emotional reactivity and recover from stressful experiences.

Cognitive Function

May improve attention, concentration, and mental clarity, particularly when stress and fatigue interfere with thinking.

Physical Restoration

Encourages muscular relaxation and may help reduce stress-related physical discomfort and tension.

Sankalpa — The Power of Intention

Introduces Sankalpa,a heartfelt resolve rooted in what matters most. Unlike ordinary goal-setting, Sankalpa is set during meditation, when the mind is most receptive, allowing the intention to take root at a deeper level, beyond the usual resistance of thinking and conditioning.

What You'll Walk Away With

A Clear, Personal Intention

An intention that feels true to what matters most to you—not what you think you should want or become.

A Deeper Experience of Yourself

A firsthand experience of moving beyond constant thinking and analysis, and gently tuning in to subtler levels of awareness, sensation, and inner knowing.

A Different Relationship With Change

A gentler, more supportive way to work with yourself—without pushing, struggling, or relying on willpower alone.

A Practice You Can Continue on Your Own

The experience and guidance to bring Yoga Nidra into your daily life, reconnect with your intention, and reinforce the changes you want to make.
