I’ve spent decades immersed in transformation—from psychotherapy and coaching to subtle-body practices, entrepreneurship, and deep inner work.
I’ve led teams, developed systems, trained across various disciplines, and studied with master teachers. I’ve also hit walls that no credential could fix. But it was the onset of panic disorder that dropped me into the kind of learning that strips away the false self and rewires you from the inside out.
So, while the list below reflects my formal training and experience, it’s not the whole story.
What really matters is this: the most meaningful change didn’t come from learning more—but from unlearning what was never true to begin with.
That shift—subtraction over accumulation—is what transformed everything. It’s also what this work is built on.
