For An Ongoing Commitment
It takes strength, guts, vulnerability, and tenacity to become who you are meant to be. It also takes consistent practice, discipline, structure, and a heartfelt yearning to live a truly self-authored life.
However, your way of committing to an ongoing practice emerges as you practice. In the beginning, weekly or bi-weekly sessions might be needed to activate your momentum. Later, once a month or less, may be all you need to stay the course. It’s up to you.
I don’t offer extended programs (for many reasons) requiring a commitment that must be paid for in advance; instead, I allow you to schedule sessions based on your pace, rhythm, and varying needs.
