Marriage and Family Therapist

About the Practice

This practice is rooted in over 20 years of experience as a therapist, coach, and yoga practitioner. Drawing from a rich history of working with diverse individuals, I’ve witnessed the powerful impact of combining modern therapeutic techniques with ancient yogic wisdom. By weaving together breathwork, energy awareness, meditation, and movement from Kundalini, Tantra, and Nidra, I empower clients to deeply connect with their inner selves and release emotional blockages that hold them back.

About Me

I am a Board-Certified Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in California (LMFT 44530), a registered Telehealth Therapist in Florida (TPMF45), and a 500 RYT Yoga Instructor. Holding master’s degrees in both physiological and counseling psychology, my background also includes certifications in specialized training, including trauma, positive psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Immunity to Change. Additionally, I have extensive training in coaching, wellness, and integrative nutrition, enriching my holistic approach to healing and personal growth.

This integration of yoga fosters a more profound sense of self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the release of stored trauma, paving the way for lasting transformation and well-being. My services are designed to inspire change and empower clients on their journey to personal growth.

Lasting change is not what you think

Lasting change is paradoxical; it doesn’t result from talking about problems or forcing yourself to be different. It emerges effortlessly and spontaneously when body, mind and energy release deep-seated holding patterns and come into alignment. It’s deceptively simple and only requires consistency, practice and a heart-felt intention to live your best life, Anyone can learn these skills.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”

— Aadil Palkhivala

"If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes it worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there's room to hear more subtle things - that's when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more. Your mind just slows down, and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment. You see so much more than you could see before. It's a discipline; you have to practice it.”

― Walter Isaacson

"Yoga does not remove us from the reality or responsibilities of everyday life but rather places our feet firmly and resolutely in the practical ground of experience. We don’t transcend our lives; we return to the life we left behind in the hopes of something better." — Donna Farhi
